Seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to join the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Your role: You'll lead commercial strategy and operations across various channels like modern trade, e-commerce, exports, etc. Develop and deploy GTM and RTM strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage market insights in refining product development initiatives. Identify opportunities for market expansion while ensuring commercial success. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive business objectives. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team based on market trends and consumer insights. Cultivate a high-performance culture within the commercial team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 18+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial roles within the consumer goods industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Arabic.
