About You

To be considered, you will need:

  • Experience in business process analysis, system evaluation, and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture, technical strategies, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Ability to assess and improve business processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
  • Experience developing business solution designs, use case models, and impact assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills to create and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Enhanced Reliability security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).

About the Role

If hired, you will:

  • Assess the current business architecture, processes, and performance of the existing FWCS system.
  • Review system documentation, functions, reports, and data models.
  • Define and document future-state business and system views.
  • Evaluate current business processes and propose improvements.
  • Develop new business solution designs, use case scenarios, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for system integration and process optimization.
  • Conduct impact assessments and evaluate stakeholder roles.
  • Create and present recommendations to senior management and technical teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on the revitalization of FWCS systems.
  • Collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders.
