About You
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience in business process analysis, system evaluation, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of business architecture, technical strategies, and enterprise systems integration.
- Ability to assess and improve business processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Experience developing business solution designs, use case models, and impact assessments.
- Excellent communication skills to create and present recommendations to senior management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Enhanced Reliability security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
About the Role
If hired, you will:
- Assess the current business architecture, processes, and performance of the existing FWCS system.
- Review system documentation, functions, reports, and data models.
- Define and document future-state business and system views.
- Evaluate current business processes and propose improvements.
- Develop new business solution designs, use case scenarios, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for system integration and process optimization.
- Conduct impact assessments and evaluate stakeholder roles.
- Create and present recommendations to senior management and technical teams.
- Provide expert guidance on the revitalization of FWCS systems.
- Collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders.
