About you
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience handling administrative tasks in an office setting.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of records.
- Experience using desktop scanners to digitize documents.
- Strong attention to detail for naming and organizing digital files.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for storing and managing records.
- Ability to track and report completed tasks on a regular basis.
- Enhanced reliability-level security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
About the role
If hired, you will:
- Lift and carry boxes of records to a designated scanning area.
- Scan and properly name records according to ATI or P requests.
- Move digital records to pre-established SharePoint folders.
- Provide weekly updates on completed scanning tasks.
- Support the process of physical file destruction by reporting completed digital conversions.
