    About you
    To be considered, you will need:

    • Experience handling administrative tasks in an office setting.
    • Ability to lift and carry boxes of records.
    • Experience using desktop scanners to digitize documents.
    • Strong attention to detail for naming and organizing digital files.
    • Familiarity with SharePoint for storing and managing records.
    • Ability to track and report completed tasks on a regular basis.
    • Enhanced reliability-level security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).

    About the role
    If hired, you will:

    • Lift and carry boxes of records to a designated scanning area.
    • Scan and properly name records according to ATI or P requests.
    • Move digital records to pre-established SharePoint folders.
    • Provide weekly updates on completed scanning tasks.
    • Support the process of physical file destruction by reporting completed digital conversions.
