Our Government client is seeking a Store Services Personnel to join their team on an on-site basis in Ottawa, ON. To be considered for this position, you will need three years of experience in Government of Canada supply management within the past six years. Keep on reading to learn more.
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- Three years of experience in Government of Canada supply management (within the last six years).
- A valid forklift qualification.
- Experience performing warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, and stock taking.
- Ability to move and restack materiel and wrap equipment.
- Knowledge of quality control processes.
- Experience operating computers, basic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to provide guidance on warehouse operations.
- Secret-level security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
About the Role
If hired, you will:
- Perform warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, and stock taking.
- Move materiel and restack inventory as required.
- Wrap and prepare equipment for storage or transport.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Operate computers, basic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Operate a forklift in warehouse operations.
- Provide guidance on best practices in warehouse operations.
