Our government client is looking for a long-term contractual Programmer Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis. To be considered for this role, you will need to be bilingual in English and French, and meet the below requirements.

About you
To be considered, you must have:

• An undergraduate degree from a recognized university in engineering or computer science and a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated Report Writer experience, OR
• A three-year college-level certificate in computer science combined with a minimum of 84 months of demonstrated report writing experience, OR
• A secondary school diploma combined with a minimum of 120 months of demonstrated report writing experience.
• A certificate from a recognized Canadian institution, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada.

Additionally, you must have:

• 2 years’ experience with SQL 2012 (or later version) developing stored procedures, views, and functions to manipulate data.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience developing reports using a business intelligence software package such as SQL SSRS, Crystal Reports, or equivalent.
• Worked on a minimum of two (2) projects in the last sixty (60) months, at the time of bid closing, where you developed applications using SSRS, Crystal Report, or equivalent software package. (Each project must be a minimum of twelve (12) months.)
• A minimum of 36 months in software development using Visual Studio, C#, .NET Framework 3.5 (or later version) or equivalent software package.
