TITLE:

Multi-year Local Project Monitor for Sustainable Landscapes for Climate Resilient Livelihoods (Land4Lives)


OBJECTIVES

Client / Indonesia Development Program requires the services of a Contractor to provide monitoring services to the implementation of the project Sustainable Landscapes for Climate Resilient Livelihoods (Land4Lives).


TASK:

The Project Monitor will complete the following tasks:

  • Developing and updating an Annual Monitoring Work Plan for the duration of the contract, to be presented to client at the first meeting of each year of the contract;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the development project against its Performance Measurement Framework is done annually. This is performed primarily through two key activities: a) review and assessment of project documents, and b) field monitoring missions


MANDATORY:

Applying a Results-Based Management ({RBM}) tool, such as Performance Measurement Framework

Task 1: Planning and Designing - activities include:

  • planned and designed the monitoring framework,
  • developed monitoring tools and tracking parameters used to collect required data, including but not limited to key questions, goals and expectations.
  • reviewed and assessed supporting documents.

Task 2: Implementation - activities include:

  • established contacts and liaised with project stakeholders,
  • performed on site monitoring and undertook stakeholder interviews,
  • identified project implementation challenges, risks and opportunities.

Task 3: Completion - activities include:

  • provided findings analyses and lessons learned,
  • provided assessment of project sustainability measures,
  • provided adjustments and recommend corrective measures.
