Must have experience in developing assessment tools for assessing leadership competencies.

Must have experience in managing at least 10 Public Service of Canada staffing processes, both internal and external.

M3

Must have at a minimum of four (4) years full-time experience (acquired over the last 10 years) in staffing in the Public Service of Canada

M4

The consultant must be fluent in both official languages of Canada (French and English). Fluent means that the individual must be able to develop bilingual assessment tools, assess candidates in the language of their choice and communicate orally and in writing with management and candidates without any assistance and with minimal errors.
